Agreement to Terms

By engaging Classic Powerwashing for pressure washing services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Classic Powerwashing ("Company," "we," or "us"), a pressure washing service provider operating from 6205 Quarles Rd, Maryland. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Classic Powerwashing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

• House washing and exterior building cleaning
• Driveway, sidewalk, and concrete surface cleaning
• Deck and patio restoration and cleaning
• Roof cleaning and moss removal
• Fence cleaning and preparation
• Commercial building exterior washing

All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions where applicable.

Service Scheduling and Estimates

Free estimates are provided based on property inspection or detailed customer information. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We require 24-hour notice for service cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee. Weather conditions may require service postponement, and we will reschedule at no additional charge.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A 1.5% monthly service charge may be applied to accounts past due beyond 30 days. Customers are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees incurred in collecting overdue accounts.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to work areas and removing obstacles
• Securing or removing fragile items from work areas
• Closing windows and doors during exterior cleaning
• Informing us of any special property conditions or concerns
• Ensuring pets are secured away from work areas
• Providing accurate contact information and being available during service

Liability and Insurance

Classic Powerwashing maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or damage caused by acts of nature. Customers should inspect their property and report any concerns before service begins.

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, some stains and discoloration may be permanent due to age, previous damage, or surface material characteristics. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains or the restoration of surfaces to original condition. Some surfaces may require multiple treatments or may not respond to cleaning methods.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of completion at (410) 586-3800. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns. Our guarantee applies to workmanship quality, not to natural resoiling or new stains that occur after cleaning.

Safety and Environmental Considerations

We use environmentally responsible cleaning methods and biodegradable cleaning solutions when possible. All work is performed in compliance with local environmental regulations. Customers will be notified of any special precautions needed during or after service completion.

Cancellation and Refunds

Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a service fee. For information about refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Classic Powerwashing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of Maryland and the jurisdiction of Maryland courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
